Kristen Haase

Kristen Haase is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, responsible for transaction execution across North America. She is actively involved in portfolio company management and strategic initiatives. Ms. Haase has served as a Director on the Board of DexKo Global Inc., an affiliate of Brookfield. Prior to joining Brookfield, she worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at Davis Polk. 

Ms. Haase holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of William and Mary.
