Prior to joining Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions in 2021, Mr. Richardson held senior legal roles across the financial services industry including Associate General Counsel at Edward Jones, Chief Regulatory Officer/General Counsel at Forester Financial and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. In these roles, he was responsible for advising senior management on product manufacturing, distribution and sales practices, interaction with corporate board of directors and fund board of trustees, regulatory examinations, product diligence and governance, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Richardson holds Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Connecticut.
